What is BBPS?
Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is an RBI-backed platform that lets you pay electricity, gas, water, insurance, DTH, mobile and other bills through one trusted network of registered billers.
Is my mobile number safe?
Yes. Your mobile number is only used to identify your recharge history on this device and is never shared with anyone outside Solapure Consulting Advisory LLP.
Money was deducted but the payment shows pending. What now?
If your bank has debited the amount but the status shows "Under Verification", your money is safe. Such transactions are auto-reconciled with the bank shortly — please avoid paying again for the same bill immediately.
How do I change my saved mobile number?
Tap "My Number" in the bottom bar, or the small "Change" link next to your number on the home page, and enter a new 10-digit number.
A biller isn't showing bill details automatically
Some billers do not support automatic bill fetch. In that case you can enter the details and amount directly and proceed to pay (QuickPay).
